Austin and the team at Bayshore Nightscapes absolutely knocked it out of the park! We recently had landscape lighting installed around our home, including the front landscaping and driveway, and the results exceeded our expectations. Austin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He really knows his stuff, has a great eye for detail, and helped bring our vision to life. The lighting completely transformed the look of our home at night. Everything looks clean, elegant, and professionally done without being overdone. You can tell Austin takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are happy. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re considering landscape lighting in the Tampa Bay area, I highly recommend Austin and Bayshore Nightscapes. Five stars all around!
Outdoor lighting in Northdale
Northdale is right next door to my place in Carrollwood, so I'm here all the time. Most homes here were built in the 80s and 90s: stucco, barrel or shingle roofs, a two-car garage up front, and a couple of tall queen palms or a big shade tree in the yard. They're great houses, and most of them go completely dark at night apart from one coach light by the garage.
That's the easy fix. A warm wash across the front of the house, uplights on the palms, and a few path lights along the walk will take a Northdale home from invisible to the nicest one on the block, and it doesn't take a huge system to get there. Plenty of Northdale homes back onto ponds or the golf course, too, and a little backyard and lanai lighting makes those views usable after dark.
Some Northdale sections have HOA guidelines and some don't. Either way, I keep fixtures low, warm and shielded so the light lands on your house and not in your neighbor's bedroom window. And since I'm about five minutes away, a tune-up or a bumped fixture is a quick stop.

Absolutely. Outdoor living spaces are one of our specialties. We design integrated lighting for pools, summer kitchens, pergolas, and patio areas — creating ambiance that extends your living space into the evening.
