Austin and the team at Bayshore Nightscapes absolutely knocked it out of the park! We recently had landscape lighting installed around our home, including the front landscaping and driveway, and the results exceeded our expectations. Austin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He really knows his stuff, has a great eye for detail, and helped bring our vision to life. The lighting completely transformed the look of our home at night. Everything looks clean, elegant, and professionally done without being overdone. You can tell Austin takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are happy. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re considering landscape lighting in the Tampa Bay area, I highly recommend Austin and Bayshore Nightscapes. Five stars all around!
Outdoor lighting in Golf View
Golf View is a small, exceptional enclave wrapped around the edges of Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club — brick streets, deep setbacks, and large traditional homes on some of the most generous lots in South Tampa. Properties like these look best when the lighting has hierarchy: a clear focal point, secondary accents, and real darkness in between. Our landscape lighting designs for Golf View are drawn that way, treating the entry and facade as the subject and the lawn and canopy as the frame.
Wide lots need thoughtful layering. We uplight specimen oaks with tree uplighting, graze brick and stucco to bring out texture, define the arrival sequence with pathway lighting along brick walks and drives, and use garden lighting for the formal beds. On the golf-course side, shielded low-level fixtures give you a view worth looking at without throwing light onto the course. Because every fixture is set and aimed on site, the design is fully custom to your lot, and it stays in place as a permanent part of the landscape.

Common questions
How do you light a large lot without overdoing it?
By lighting less of it, deliberately. Contrast reads as elegance — we choose a focal point, add two or three supporting accents, and leave the rest dark. Evenly lighting a large property is what makes it look institutional.
Can you light the golf-course side of the property?
Yes, using shielded, low-output fixtures aimed inward. You get a defined, attractive rear boundary and evening usability without any light trespass onto the course.
What do Golf View projects cost?
Golf View systems generally run $6,000 to $20,000. Lot size and the amount of specimen tree lighting drive most of that range. Proposals are itemized so the work can be phased.
Do you protect brick walks and drives during installation?
Yes. We hand-trench beside brick and paver surfaces rather than cutting through them, and where a crossing is unavoidable we bore beneath it and restore the surface exactly as found.
