Austin and the team at Bayshore Nightscapes absolutely knocked it out of the park! We recently had landscape lighting installed around our home, including the front landscaping and driveway, and the results exceeded our expectations. Austin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He really knows his stuff, has a great eye for detail, and helped bring our vision to life. The lighting completely transformed the look of our home at night. Everything looks clean, elegant, and professionally done without being overdone. You can tell Austin takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are happy. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re considering landscape lighting in the Tampa Bay area, I highly recommend Austin and Bayshore Nightscapes. Five stars all around!
Outdoor lighting in Belmar Gardens
Belmar Gardens is the kind of South Tampa neighborhood people look for and rarely find: established, quiet, close to everything, and full of mid-century homes on lots with real trees on them. Homes here are handsome in daylight and often disappear after dark, which is exactly the gap a good landscape lighting system fills. A lit entry, a facade with light and shadow across it, and depth in the landscape behind — that is all it takes to change how the house reads at night.
Our Belmar Gardens designs usually combine tree uplighting on the oaks and palms, garden lighting through the foundation beds, and pathway lighting along the front walk and driveway. Everything runs on a single low-voltage transformer with a photocell and astronomic timer, and we size that transformer with headroom so the back patio or pool deck can be added later without pulling new cable.

Common questions
What is included in a typical front-yard system?
Most front-yard packages cover the entry, two to four facade accents, two or three uplit trees, and pathway lighting along the main walk. That usually lands between $2,500 and $5,500 installed.
Are LED systems expensive to run?
No. A typical residential system draws less power than a couple of household light bulbs — most homeowners see a few dollars a month on their bill, even running dusk to dawn.
How long do the fixtures last?
The brass and copper housings we install are warrantied for 20 years, and the LED lamps typically run 40,000 to 50,000 hours — roughly a decade of nightly use before they need replacing.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We repair, re-lamp, re-aim, and upgrade existing systems, including converting old halogen setups to LED, which usually cuts energy use by around 80 percent.
