Estate Lighting in Parkland Estates
Parkland Estates is a small, meticulously preserved 1920s enclave off Swann Avenue, with brick streets, original street lamps, and large period homes set behind deep lawns and old oaks. It is arguably the most cohesive historic streetscape in Tampa, and lighting has to respect that. Our landscape lighting designs here are deliberately quiet: warm color temperature, low output, hidden hardware, and emphasis on the architecture rather than the fixtures.
We graze stucco, brick, and cast stone to bring out texture, uplight columns and arched openings, and use tree uplighting in the oaks to give the property canopy depth. Discreet pathway lighting follows original brick walks at low levels so it complements the historic street lamps instead of competing. Where clients want holiday lighting, permanent holiday lighting provides clean roofline definition with nothing visible during the day.
