Palma Ceia West carries the character of its better-known neighbor with a bit more room to work. Homes range from well-kept mid-century ranches to substantial renovations and new construction, most on lots with established oaks and palms. That variety is an advantage in lighting design — the canopy gives every property a ready-made vertical element, and tree uplighting through those trees is usually the first thing we plan.
