About This Service Area
Golf View is a small, exceptional enclave wrapped around the edges of Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club — brick streets, deep setbacks, and large traditional homes on some of the most generous lots in South Tampa. Properties like these look best when the lighting has hierarchy: a clear focal point, secondary accents, and real darkness in between. Our landscape lighting designs for Golf View are drawn that way, treating the entry and facade as the subject and the lawn and canopy as the frame.
Wide lots need thoughtful layering. We uplight specimen oaks with tree uplighting, graze brick and stucco to bring out texture, define the arrival sequence with pathway lighting along brick walks and drives, and use garden lighting for the formal beds. On the golf-course side, shielded low-level fixtures give you a view worth looking at without throwing light onto the course. Many Golf View homeowners also add permanent holiday lighting for roofline definition through the holidays and beyond.

Common Questions
By lighting less of it, deliberately. Contrast reads as elegance — we choose a focal point, add two or three supporting accents, and leave the rest dark. Evenly lighting a large property is what makes it look institutional.
Yes, using shielded, low-output fixtures aimed inward. You get a defined, attractive rear boundary and evening usability without any light trespass onto the course.
Golf View systems generally run $6,000 to $20,000. Lot size and the amount of specimen tree lighting drive most of that range. Proposals are itemized so the work can be phased.
Yes. We hand-trench beside brick and paver surfaces rather than cutting through them, and where a crossing is unavoidable we bore beneath it and restore the surface exactly as found.
