Bayside Lighting for Gandy & Sun Bay South
The Gandy and Sun Bay South corridor sits at the southwestern corner of South Tampa, where Gandy Boulevard runs out toward the bridge and Old Tampa Bay opens up to the west. It is a genuinely mixed area — waterfront single-family homes, townhome enclaves, and bayfront condominium communities — and each calls for a different scale of landscape lighting. What they share is exposure: open water to the west, full afternoon sun, and constant salt air.
We build for that exposure with solid brass and copper fixtures, sealed connectors, and transformers mounted in protected locations.
