About This Service Area
The Gandy and Sun Bay South corridor sits at the southwestern corner of South Tampa, where Gandy Boulevard runs out toward the bridge and Old Tampa Bay opens up to the west. It is a genuinely mixed area — waterfront single-family homes, townhome enclaves, and bayfront condominium communities — and each calls for a different scale of landscape lighting. What they share is exposure: open water to the west, full afternoon sun, and constant salt air.
We build for that exposure with solid brass and copper fixtures, sealed connectors, and transformers mounted in protected locations. Single-family properties typically get facade grazing, tree uplighting on palms, and pathway lighting at the entry and driveway; townhomes and condos get compact courtyard and garden lighting treatments sized to the space; and waterside patios get warm outdoor living lighting that keeps the sunset view unobstructed.

Common Questions
Yes — both individual units with private patios and full common-area projects for associations. For association work we provide a site plan, fixture schedule, and phased pricing that boards can review.
It is one of the harder spots in Tampa: open western bay exposure means sustained salt air and wind-driven rain. That is exactly why we use marine-grade brass and copper here rather than aluminum.
Patio and courtyard systems start around $1,500. Full single-family systems generally run $3,000 to $9,000, with waterfront properties toward the upper end.
Every system includes a photocell and astronomic timer, so it tracks sunset through the year without adjustment. Zones can be scheduled separately and controlled from your phone if you want that.
