Neighborly Lighting Design for Belmar Gardens
Belmar Gardens is the kind of South Tampa neighborhood people look for and rarely find: established, quiet, close to everything, and full of mid-century homes on lots with real trees on them. Homes here are handsome in daylight and often disappear after dark, which is exactly the gap a good landscape lighting system fills. A lit entry, a facade with light and shadow across it, and depth in the landscape behind — that is all it takes to change how the house reads at night.
Our Belmar Gardens designs usually combine tree uplighting on the oaks and palms, garden lighting through the foundation beds, and pathway lighting along the front walk and driveway. Everything runs on a single low-voltage transformer with a photocell and astronomic timer, and we size that transformer with headroom so the back patio or pool deck can be added later without pulling new cable.
