Bayfront Lighting Design for Ballast Point
Ballast Point sits at the southern tip of the Interbay peninsula, where Bayshore Boulevard curves toward the water and Ballast Point Park's pier reaches out into Hillsborough Bay. It is a neighborhood built for families — convenient to MacDill Air Force Base and a short drive from downtown, Hyde Park, and the rest of Tampa — while the luxury homes along the eastern shore enjoy some of the most striking skyline views in the city. Our landscape lighting designs are built around those views, framing the house without ever washing out the water beyond it.
Living this close to the bay changes what a lighting system has to survive. Salt air, summer storms, and afternoon sun are hard on cheap fixtures, so we install marine-grade solid brass and copper with sealed, corrosion-resistant connections and weather-rated transformers.
