Beach Park Isles is built on a set of finger canals reaching in from Old Tampa Bay, which means almost every home here has a seawall, a dock, and a back yard that faces water instead of a fence. That reshapes the lighting plan entirely: the most valuable views are from the water looking in, and from the patio looking out. Our landscape lighting designs work both directions, giving the house a lit presence from the canal while keeping the deck comfortable and glare-free.
We light dock approaches and piling caps, graze the seawall to define the water's edge, and set step and pathway lighting fixtures wherever grade changes toward the water. Everything is marine-grade brass or copper with sealed connectors, because canal-front humidity and salt destroy anything less.
